Paris and Boston, October 14, 2004 The company has appointed Didier Martineau to General Manager, European Operations. Martineau has over 15 years of experience in various senior technology and marketing roles. Martineau brings extensive experience in operations, marketing, strategic planning and business development to the position from ten years at Software AG where he was the CTO, Director of Marketing, Professional Services manager and member of the management committee, and 6 years as a consultant and operations manager at Borland International. "Didier is a perfect fit for our executive team," said Jean-Luc Robert, president and CEO of Kyriba. "He brings leadership, discipline and flawless execution skills. He is also a deep, strategic thinker who brings an exceptional mind to our competitive environment." Separately, the company is announcing the appointment of Borys Antoniewicz to Senior Treasury Advisor, North America. Antoniewicz will be managing pre & post sales implementation services for the company´s platinum clients. Antoniewicz is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Kyriba is planning a meet and greet for Antoniewicz at the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) 2004 Conference in San Diego, November 7 – 10 in Kyriba´s booth 110. Antoniewicz joined Kyriba from H.B. Fuller where he built and managed a centralized Foreign Exchange cost center across the Americas, Europe and Asia. At Alterna Technologies Group, Antoniewicz was a liquidity and cash management applications consultant specializing in integrating web based Treasury, Netting, Payment/Settlement, In-House Banking and multi currency FX solutions. And at Intuit, Antoniewicz developed, tested and supported cash flow management solutions.
