Kyriba Provides an Integrated Approach to Client Success

We have created a global client success team that encompass solutions consulting, professional services, support, training and account management. These integrated teams work in tandem to enable you to successfully achieve your objectives by using Kyriba. 

We also use both on- and offline communities, in the form of Kyriba Social, our online social support portal, and regional events, including our annual Kyriba Live! client conference, to provide peer user interaction and networking among Kyriba users.

Account Management 

Every client has an account manager that ensures their solution meets their business objectives, and provides a positive return on investment. Account managers begin their relationship with clients prior to their implementation, and are a long term business partner to you and your organization.

The account management team also conducts Platform utilization and workflow efficiency study (PLUS) programs that provide clients with an evaluation of their current Kyriba configuration to provide recommendations for creating additional workflow efficiencies.

Kyriba Client Support

Kyriba’s Client Support is your source for any questions about the Kyriba application, bank connectivity or enhancement requests. Available through telephone, email and Kyriba Social – our online social support portal that provides a dynamic resource, combining a knowledge base with a peer-to-peer interactive social forum, ideas portal and online support.

Kyriba’s Client Advisory Board

Kyriba has created a global Client Advisory Board (CAB), focused on reviewing and discussing Kyriba product developments, key market and regulatory changes and industry specific needs. The CAB is comprised of both client leaders and Kyriba executive leadership, with client success, product, strategy and subject matter experts in attendance.

Kyriba Client Training

We offer flexible training for clients at all stages, from initial implementation to training refreshers and complete training for those new to treasury and/or Kyriba’s solution. For more information on upcoming training opportunities, or to schedule training, please contact your account manager.

Kyriba Client Events

Kyriba hosts an annual client conference, Kyriba Live!, as well as regional events every quarter, to provide a forum for the Kyriba client community to meet in person and share best practices.
