Our Client Services Group is comprised of four separate yet highly coordinated groups that will work with you from the beginning of our relationship.

Implementation
- Dedicated Implementation consultants work closely with you on the day-to-day setup and training of Kyriba, from the development of the functional analysis to hands on configuration and training.
Connectivity
- Our Connectivity group ensures that we establish communication to link with each of your banks using the most efficient services they offer. We will fully implement bank statement reporting and also payment connectivity.
Support
- The Support group takes over from the Implementation and Connectivity teams as Kyriba modules and interfaces are implemented and accepted by the client. Our team of experts will support you day-by-day to ensure uninterrupted use of Kyriba.
Training & Best Practices
- Kyriba offers multiple paths of instruction and a comprehensive curriculum so users can learn about a range of topics at a pace that meets their objectives and time contraints. Programs include live 'instructor led' online classes; quarterly offsite hosted training events, customized onsite training events and contingency training isurance. Classes range from tiered courses and workshops to an advanced certificate of instruction.
