Kyriba Education Programs Kyriba offers multiple paths of instruction and a comprehensive curriculum so users can learn about a range of topics at a pace that meets with their objectives and time constraints. Programs include live ‘instructor led’ online classes; quarterly offsite hosted training events, customized onsite training events and contingency training insurance. Classes range from tiered courses and workshops to an advanced certificate of instruction. Kyriba Corporation encourages our valued clients to take full advantage of your Kyriba platform by arming your team with product knowledge gained through ongoing education. This will optimize how you use Kyriba, make you more efficient with your daily tasks and ultimately enable you to consistently advance your Kyriba platform. Hosted Training Events Kyriba offers periodic hosted training events that bring users together from across the Kyriba client base in major cities convenient for travel. Each hosted event has a unique agenda that is created using the Kyriba Core Module and Workshop Curriculum with a focus on balancing the needs of users with varying levels of experience. Training events are hosted at training facilities specifically designed for user training and Kyriba carefully controls the users-to-instructor ratio of each classroom by scheduling multiple instructors in each session, or by running concurrent sessions to accommodate attendees with varying skill levels. Users work in a ‘hands on’ environment accessing either their own Kyriba platform or a dedicated training platform. The overall configuration produces a dynamic environment where users can interact directly with the instructor leading the class, assistant instructors who support the class and other users. Users can earn credit for completing most hosted classes, and credits can be applied to Kyriba Certificate programs. Live Online ‘Instructor Led’ Training Classes Internet based ‘instructor led’ training enables users to access training classes from the comfort and convenience of their office, home office or while traveling. Users can participate in a range of live courses drawn from the Kyriba Core Module and Workshop Curriculum. Live Online training is hosted on a web based solution designed specifically for online user training. Kyriba limits the number of attendees in all classes and ensures that users have access to assistant instructors for if needed during each session. Users can earn credit for completing online classes that can be applied to Kyriba Certificate programs. Kyriba Certificate Training Programs Kyriba has developed two certificate programs designed to arm our users with skills that can advance the practical application of Kyriba functionality within their treasury environment and ensure that users are proficient with the specific functionality required to excel in their position. Certificate Training Programs are designed to create ‘power users’ on the Kyriba application. As most Kyriba classes and workshops focus on both Kyriba functionality and the associated treasury practices or products, users can gain knowledge or review treasury topics that extend beyond their use of Kyriba functionality. Customer Onsite – Customized Training Programs Scheduling customized one-day or multi-day training sessions is a great way of meeting the specific training needs of your staff with focused sessions that are configured to make an immediate impact on the way you use Kyriba to support your business. In preparation for the onsite training sessions, Kyriba will schedule a training ‘needs assessment’ call or meeting to understand your platform configuration and usage patterns in order to design sessions that accommodate the specific modules and functions used, current user skills, staff schedules and other requirements. The Core Module and Workshop Curriculum will be used as a guide for creating a customized program, but when needed, your implementation manager and account manager can be creative with the agenda to ensure that your specific needs are met.
