Jean-Luc Robert
Chairman & CEO
Jean-Luc Robert has been Chairman and CEO of Kyriba since 2003. During his tenure, he has established the company as the leading provider of SaaS-based treasury management solutions in France and North America, expanding aggressively into emerging markets and driving exponential worldwide revenue growth. Previously, Mr. Robert was a very successful serial entrepreneur. He was the founding Chairman and CEO of European Engineering Software Inc., a leading provider of financial software in Europe that was acquired by SunGard Data. He was also the founding Chairman, CEO and majority shareholder of Eurosept Associés, a successful European consulting firm acquired by EDS.
Mr. Robert is a graduate from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (France) and holds a LLM from Paris University (France). He is based at Kyriba’s headquarters in San Diego, CA.
Kal Bittianda
Managing Director – North America
Kal Bittianda oversees Kyriba’s North American commercial team and operations. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategy and product development, marketing, business development and operations. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Bittianda has been a principal and/or leadership team member at four different early-stage/mid-market growth companies, in a variety of operational and revenue generating roles. He joined Kyriba from Azendant Advisors, where he advised and assisted NY-metro based mid-market firms on growth strategies and execution. This followed his role driving the successful growth and sale of Inductis, an analytics services firm, to EXL Services in 2006. Mr. Bittianda advised companies on their growth strategies and subsequent execution while at Azendant Advisors, Inductis and the Mitchell Madison Group. He also served as Head of Strategic Account Management for EXL Services and managed manufacturing operations at two different International Paper facilities.
Mr. Bittianda holds a B. Tech. in Naval Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology (Madras, India), a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is based at Kyriba’s North American Operations center in New York City.
Rémy Dubois
Managing Director – Europe
Rémy Dubois oversees Kyriba’s European commercial team and operations, bringing extensive management and leadership experience to his role. Before Kyriba, Mr. Dubois spent four years leading SAP’s Large Enterprise business in France. He has a proven 23-year career track record of success, having held various international sales and general management roles at leading enterprises and smaller high growth companies, including webMethods and Opsware. At Opsware, he successfully led the Large European Operations group as Vice President of Sales for EMEA.
Mr. Dubois holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a post Masters degree in Electronics from Université d'Orsay (Paris). He is based at Kyriba’s European Operations center in Paris, France.
Didier Martineau
Managing Director – Product, Technology and IT
Didier Martineau is responsible for Kyriba’s worldwide product, platform and technology operations. Previously, Mr. Martineau served for ten years at Software AG, a German IT infrastructure technology company, where he was Chief Technology Officer, Director of Marketing, Professional Services Manager and member of the management committee. Prior to Software AG, he worked as a consultant and operations manager at Borland International in Paris and San Francisco, and held management and technical positions at several French software companies.
Mr. Martineau holds degrees from CPA du Groupe HEC (Paris), Institut Français de Gestion (Paris), and Centre A.F.P.A. (Angers). He is based at Kyriba’s European Operations center in Paris, France.
Fabrice Lévy
Chief Financial Officer
Fabrice Lévy oversees the worldwide financial, legal and HR functions. Before Kyriba, Mr. Lévy was Financial Controller for European Operations at XRT, a $50 million publicly-traded company at the time it was acquired by Sage. Previously, he served as Treasurer at Ebro Puleva, a $4 billion Spanish food consumer products company, where he led the implementation of a centralized cash management tool.
Mr. Lévy holds a Masters degree in Finance from European Business School (Paris). He is based in Kyriba’s European Operations center in Paris, France.
Edi Poloniato
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development
Edi Poloniato oversees the company’s new products and markets strategy, with responsibility for defining new offerings, developing new markets on a worldwide basis and establishing new channels. He has over 20 years of experience in cash and treasury management. Prior to joining Kyriba, Mr. Poloniato worked as Director in the Global Transaction Division of Deutsche Bank, where he managed complex and international treasury operations as Deputy Head of Cash Management. Earlier in his career, he held executive sales and marketing positions at Helena Rubinstein and XRT. Mr. Poloniato was a member of the original team which established Kyriba in Europe.
Mr. Poloniato, who has dual French and Italian citizenship, is a graduate of École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (ESSEC). He is based in Kyriba’s European Operations center in Paris, France.
