COMMERZBANK LAUNCHES TREASURY COCKPIT, A CORPORATE CASH MANAGEMENT SOLUTION |

Paris, France and Frankfurt, Germany - Commerzbank has been a Kyriba partner from the latter’s beginning, fully understanding the value proposition of Kyriba' solution as early as 2000. In September 2000, Kyriba deployed a pilot version for Commerzbank. Drawing on the lessons learned during the pilot program, Kyriba delivered a final version launched by Commerzbank in April 2002, under the name Treasury Cockpit.
Treasury Cockpit: a corporate financial dashboard
The solution developed by Kyriba is a multi-bank financial management tool that helps corporations to process and analyze cash flows from different sources (banks, subsidiaries, business partners, etc.). The solution offers functions that cover bank relationship management, liquidity management, foreign exchange and payment, and delivers a wealth of information needed for treasury management (Reuters newswire, exchange rates, share prices, etc.).
Initially, Commerzbank will offer its solution to its customers, mid-size and major European and German accounts. Distributed through its new corporate portal, “Companyworld.de”, Treasury Cockpit offers users a collaborative workspace using thin client technology with strong security built-in aimed at guarantying complete data confidentiality.
KyribaTi: an end-to-end value solution
In this highly competitive sector, Commerzbank AG wanted to offer its corporate customers a high value added management tool. Treasury Cockpit, developed and serviced by Kyriba, was the answer. The bank also works with XRT GmbH, a Kyriba partner, to provide support and training services to end users.
