Two-thousand and nineteen has been a massive year for Kyriba, who was just named by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing and successful private companies for the seventh time. This is a big deal for large, established companies since only one and a half percent of the tens of thousands of companies that apply to the Inc. 5000 list have made it seven times, according to the editor in chief of Inc. Media. This recent accolade follows a $160 million growth round led by Bridgepoint with a resulting valuation of more than one billion dollars and gained status as a ‘unicorn’ tech startup.
To get a better sense of the community and culture at Kyriba, we interviewed a wide range of employees from San Diego, St. Cloud and London. We asked all the teams what they enjoy most about working at Kyriba and what we found was that the themes of diversity, collaboration, innovation and culture came up again and again.
“It has been an interesting journey working with Kyriba and seeing the company and teams grow,” said Ellie Ardelean, vice president of field marketing, San Diego. “It is a privilege working with such diverse talent here at Kyriba.”
