Kyriba Live! Client Conference: what’s in it for me?

This year’s annual client conference, Kyriba Live! will take place Tuesday, Sept. 17, in Chicago. It will provide valuable product updates, best practice tips direct from fellow users, awards (new!) and exciting information on our client success programs. 

You are probably sitting there, thinking, “It sounds interesting – but what does this conference offer me as someone who a) uses Kyriba, b) has a team that uses Kyriba, or c) is interested in deploying Kyriba?”

I’m a Kyriba user

With the launch of Kyriba Social, our online support and knowledge base portal, clients are able to share best practices with fellow users anytime – no need to wait for an annual client event. The great thing about the Conference is that users – of all skill levels – can interact with and ask questions of, users who may have valuable experience in best practices and Kyriba subject matter experts. Online is a great way to stay in touch, but nothing beats the face to face of being able to ask questions live. Even our Kyriba subject matter experts learn something new at every client event.

Suggested focus at Kyriba Live! for you:

  • Sharpen your Kyriba skills at the  two-day training course after the conference (on Thursday, Sept. 18 and Thursday, Sept. 19).
  • Submit your story for the Kyriba Innovation Award – share with the world your team’s story of ROI by using Kyriba’s solutions. Provide the details – who was on the team, what did you do and what were your results (ROI and quantifiable data very helpful). Email me by Friday, Aug. 2 for consideration.
  • Client success panels and roundtable sessions – We’ll be posting details on these two sessions soon. Look at these sessions and think about the questions you would like to ask the presenters – or the Kyriba community at large.

You are the one that ensures that everything your teams work with provides value and a return on investment, from time- to cost-savings. Consider the fact that in an in-person setting, your team can make valuable connections among the Kyriba user community and the Kyriba team that will assist your team moving forward. Is one of your team suggesting the purchase of a new module? Why exactly would we want it – what has been the experience of others who have used it? These questions and more are easily answered during our client roundtable sessions, client success panels, or even during our post-event cruise.   • Client Success programs – We’ll be presenting information about our new client success programs – ask your team what they would like to see as part of our overall program focused on client excellence. In reviewing your organizations current and future goals, plan to ask questions at the Kyriba client conference that will help you accomplish your goals. There are also opportunities to get directly involved in our client success programs – and you will hear more about that at the client conference.
  • Introduce yourself to our global senior management team – they want to hear your feedback about Kyriba – what do you and your team like or would like to change about Kyriba’s product or services? What else could we be doing to make sure you are maximizing your Kyriba investment?

Much of Kyriba may be new to you, so this is an excellent opportunity to meet Kyriba users, Kyriba subject matter experts and Kyriba team members in a collaborative setting. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to network with treasury and finance professionals and learn what’s top of mind at their organizations.

This may be helpful to gain more clarity around Kyriba solutions and how they are used. Our presenters, Kyriba user community and Kyriba team members are all very friendly and enjoy discussing treasury and finance solutions
  • Client Success programs – We’ll be presenting information about our new client success programs – it’s a great time to ask any questions you may have about how these programs could impact you as a future Kyriba client.
  • Kyriba strategy and product roadmap updates – Critical to aligning business deliverables, learn what Kyriba has planned going forward.
  • Introduce yourself to both Kyriba team members and Kyriba clients – we’d all like to learn more about you and your organization.
