SaaS Veteran Mike Zinne Joins Kyriba as Chief Client Officer to Spearhead Client Success Division

Cloud treasury management leader appoints ex-Oracle and RightNow executive to oversee global solutions consulting, professional services, support, and account management teams
SAN DIEGO – May 14, 2013 – Kyriba, the leader in cloud-based treasury management solutions, has appointed former RightNow Technologies executive and Oracle vice president, Mike Zinne, as SVP and chief client officer. As a member of Kyriba’s global executive committee, Mike will lead the company’s client success teams, overseeing global solutions consulting, professional services, support, and account management.
Mike joins Kyriba from Oracle where, as VP of sales consulting, he led a team of more than 120 in the company’s North American solutions consulting group. While at Oracle, Mike drove enterprise sales of Oracle’s SaaS and on-premise client experience applications. Mike previously held various senior leadership roles at RightNow Technologies until its $1.5bn acquisition by Oracle in 2012, and successfully built and optimized RightNow’s teams and processes in the areas of pre-sales, client success, project delivery, strategy and professional services.
