Client Experience: get the most from Kyriba

Kyriba offers an integrated approach to client success. We understand the challenges facing finance and treasury professionals, including sensitivity to liquidity, the need for agility and the impact of increasing regulatory demands.

We have created a global client success team that encompasses solutions consulting, professional services, support, training and account management. These integrated teams work in tandem to enable you to successfully achieve your objectives by using Kyriba. 

We also use both online and offline communities, to provide peer user interaction and networking among Kyriba users. Kyriba Social is our online social support and networking portal, and we host a number of regional events, including our annual Kyriba Live! client conferences in North America and Europe.

Account Management 

Every client has a dedicated account manager, who ensures their solution exceeds their business objectives, and provides a positive return on investment. Our account managers begin their relationship with clients prior to their implementation, and are a long term business partner to you and your organization.

The account management team also conducts PLatform Utilization and workflow efficiency Study (PLUS) programs that provide clients with an evaluation of their current Kyriba configuration to provide recommendations for creating additional workflow efficiencies.

Client Support

Kyriba’s Client Support is your source for any questions about the Kyriba application, bank connectivity or enhancement requests. Available through telephone, email and Kyriba Social – our online social support portal that provides a dynamic resource, combining a knowledge base with a peer-to-peer interactive social forum, ideas portal and online support. Client Advisory Board

Kyriba’s global Client Advisory Board (CAB), focuses on reviewing and discussing Kyriba product developments, key market and regulatory changes and industry specific needs. Client Training

We offer flexible training for clients at all stages, from initial implementation to training refreshers and complete training for those new to treasury and/or Kyriba’s solution. For more information on upcoming training opportunities, or to schedule training, please contact your account manager.

Client Events

Kyriba hosts an annual client conference, Kyriba Live!, as well as regular regional events, to provide a forum for the Kyriba client community to meet in person and share best practices. Details of events and client webinars are provided on Kyriba Social and our website.
