Management Team

Kal Bittianda oversees Kyriba’s North American commercial team and operations.

He brings over 20 years of experience in strategy and product development, marketing, business development and operations. Over the past 13 years, Kal Bittianda has been a principal and/or leadership team member at four different early-stage/mid-market growth companies, in a variety of operational and revenue generating roles. He joined Kyriba from Azendant Advisors, where he advised and assisted NY-metro based mid-market firms on growth strategies and execution. This followed his role driving the successful growth and sale of Inductis, an analytics services firm, to EXL Services in 2006. Kal Bittianda advised companies on their growth strategies and subsequent execution while at Azendant Advisors, Inductis and the Mitchell Madison Group. He also served as Head of Strategic Account Management for EXL Services and managed manufacturing operations at two different International Paper facilities.

Kal Bittianda holds a B. Tech. in Naval Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology (Madras, India), a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is based at Kyriba’s North American Operations center in New York City.

As of January 2012, Didier MARTINEAU is appointed as KYRIBA Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Previously, he was responsible for Kyriba’s worldwide product, platform and technology operations. Before joining Kyriba, Didier Martineau served for ten years at Software AG, a German IT infrastructure technology company, where he was Chief Technology Officer, Director of Marketing, Professional Services Manager and member of the management committee. Prior to Software AG, he worked as a consultant and operations manager at Borland International in Paris and San Francisco, and held management and technical positions at several French software companies.

Didier Martineau holds degrees from CPA du Groupe HEC (Paris), Institut Français de Gestion (Paris), and Centre A.F.P.A. (Angers). He is based at Kyriba’s European Operations center in Paris, France.

Edi Poloniato oversees the company’s new products and markets strategy, with responsibility for defining new offerings, developing new markets on a worldwide basis and establishing new channels.

 

He has over 20 years of experience in cash and treasury management. Prior to joining Kyriba, Edi Poloniato worked as Director in the Global Transaction Division of Deutsche Bank, where he managed complex and international treasury operations as Deputy Head of Cash Management. Earlier in his career, he held executive sales and marketing positions at Helena Rubinstein and XRT. Edi Poloniato was a member of the original team which established Kyriba in Europe.

Edi Poloniato, who has dual French and Italian citizenship, is a graduate of École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (ESSEC). He is based in Kyriba’s European Operations center in Paris, France.
