Samuel Guillon

Samuel joins Kyriba with more than 20 years of Finance and Treasury experience, 15 years of which was with Colas Group. Most recently, Samuel was CFO at Colas, leading the Finance team and a network of over 100 financiers, providing expertise related to managing cash flow, financial risk, structured financing and external growth as well as participating with leadership in major acquisition and divestment activities.

As Kyriba’s SVP of Strategy, Samuel will lead our inclusive business strategy and overall growth and revenue plans through close collaboration with the Executive Committee and Board. This includes formalizing and leading our strategic planning process, focusing on long-term trends and competitive intelligence. He will lead our strategy for organic growth and/or merger and acquisitions, assist key stakeholders within the company with market expertise, and lead analyst relations to help build the Liquidity market category. He will lead a team of intelligence analysts gathering market data, as well as participate and consult with cross-functional teams from sales, finance, legal, operations, and engineering or other key responsibilities within the product lifecycle to achieve our strategic goals and vision.

With Colas being the second client signed by Kyriba in France in 2005, Samuel has a long history with Kyriba and knows Kyriba and our industry well. His expertise will be a great addition to strengthen our team. Alongside his successful career, Samuel is also an active world traveler and novelist, and holds a degree in Engineering from SUP’AERO in France.
