Kyriba Named Most Valuable Pioneer in QKS Group AI Maturity Matrix for Cash Management

Recognition highlights Kyriba’s use of AI in cash forecasting, fraud detection, reconciliation and liquidity management. Kyriba was the only vendor to receive the MVP designation and achieved the highest placement on both evaluation axes.

SAN DIEGO, 29 September, 2026: Finance teams are under pressure to make faster decisions about cash, payments and risk. But they also need to understand and control how AI is used in financial workflows.

Kyriba has been named the Most Valuable Pioneer in the QKS Group AI Maturity Matrix: Cash Management for Corporates, 2026, recognising its approach to applying AI within the finance workflows customers already use.

Kyriba was positioned in the top-right of the evaluation, receiving the highest placement on both assessment axes: AI Vision & Strategy and AI Productization.

For customers, the benefit is practical. Finance teams can use Kyriba’s AI to forecast cash, flag suspicious payments, resolve invoice and payment issues, and plan liquidity, while working within the data, permissions and approval processes they already use.

“Finance leaders need more than an AI demonstration. They need technology that can operate within the controls, approvals and audit requirements that govern financial decisions,” said April Moh, Chief Marketing Officer at Kyriba. “Our focus is on helping finance teams use AI where it can make a practical difference, while keeping people in control of how recommendations are reviewed and applied.”

The QKS Group evaluation considers both the credibility of a vendor’s AI approach and how much of that approach has been put into practice within its product. Read more from April here.

“Kyriba has distinguished itself as an Industry Pioneer by moving beyond AI-assisted automation toward intelligent, governed decision-making. Rather than introducing isolated AI capabilities, Kyriba has embedded purpose-built AI into core operational workflows, enabling organizations to improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen fraud resilience, and automate complex financial processes with greater confidence. Its emphasis on explainable AI, governance by design, and the evolution toward agentic intelligence reflects a mature AI strategy that balances innovation with trust. As organizations increasingly seek intelligent automation without compromising control and transparency, Kyriba is well positioned to shape the next generation of AI-driven cash management platforms,” said Pradnya Gugale, Principal Analyst, QKS Group.

The customer impact can be seen at HelloFresh, which generates nearly $8 billion in revenue across three regions and operates its treasury function with a team of three. Using Kyriba Trusted AI, the team can identify difficult-to-reconcile payments in seconds and answer audit questions that previously required hours of research.

This means the team spends less time searching for information and more time on analysis, judgement and financial decisions.

Kyriba is also expanding its Trusted AI capabilities. Users can now share reusable AI workflows across teams and upload documents of up to 3 MB to support tasks such as payment reviews, exception research and financial analysis. At KLX Paris, Kyriba will demonstrate further developments, including moving work between desktop and mobile and connecting workflows with other applications.

The recognition follows Kyriba’s position as Technology Leader in the QKS Group 2025 SPARK Matrix™ for Enterprise Treasury & Risk Management.
