Sabre, Varsity Brands, CHFA and International Seaways: Treasury Success with Elire and Kyriba

Sabre looked to Elire to help them implement and integrate Kyriba to their existing SAP and FIS systems. Being that Sabre is an existing FIS customer, this is a positive win for Kyriba as it makes inroads at Sabre and demonstrates the breadth of Kyriba’s offerings, functionality, and ease of use.

Sabre’s Kyriba implementation and integration project consisted of Swift BIC Registration, SAP and FIS integration (Bank Statement Forwarding and Payments Integration), Bank Statements, Payments (Credit Transfers and Direct Debits), Payments Factory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Fraud Prevention, Bank Fee Analysis, and More.

Elire empowered Varsity Brands by implementing Kyriba Cash Management and Forecasting, Cash Accounting, SSO, Bank Account Management, Bank Fee Analysis, and In-House Banking. This project included integration with 2 ERP systems (SAP and PeopleSoft), Payment Generation, and Deal capture.

The Elire team seamlessly integrated Kyriba with Varsity Brand’s SAP and PeopleSoft ERP’s, and configured Cash Accounting mapping rules which allowed Varsity Brands to have an accurate reconciliation of their bank transactions to their book of record.

Elire also migrated Varsity Brand’s debt instruments from Excel to Kyriba’s Deal Capture module, giving Varsity Brands a never before seen snapshot of their debt position.

Analyzing CHFA‘s systematic and procedural pain points, Elire is delivering a Treasury Management System solution which centralized CHFA’s Yardi, Sage, OnBase, HDS, and Stars ERP systems and processes. With Kyriba software and solutions, Elire is introducing CHFA to state-of-the-art simplified procedures, pushing them into the future. Some of the Kyriba solutions implemented include Payment Factory Integration, Mobile Payment Approvals, and Intelligent Cash Accounting Reconciliation. CHFA’s 50+ TMS users are empowered with unprecedented security, reliability, transparency, and ease of use for cash forecasting, payments management, user administration, and compliance.

Elire helped International Seaways integrate most of their complex ship leases into Kyriba. Applying tried and true Kyriba solutions for full Cash Management and Liquidity Visibility, Elire Introduced expert tips and tricks for TMS reports, flow charts, and batch modifications. Elire revamped International Seaways’ inefficient processes, boosting their efficiency and helping them achieve their goals of Cash Management and Forecasting that were indistinct to them for the past several years.
